Nice comfortable cottage. Very well equipped. It’s in a great location. My only negative is the outside space could do with some TLC. We stayed in a heatwave and the outside furniture was very rusty and not really usable, but we enjoyed our stay.

The cottage is very well set up. The main bedroom is extremely comfortable, the ensuite and main bathroom with deep bath add to the ambiance. Sitting and dining areas are great, there is a full size oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The artwork and furnishings make the cottage feel like a home and not a rental. I thoroughly recommend the cottage as a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in the centre of Seaford.

The kids loved the authentic atmosphere of the accomodation, location is nice, parking in streets further down the road is ok. Furniture is a bit old, but still ok. Noise from the ventilation of the hotel next door is disturbing (bring earplugs) at night, and the main master bedroom doesn't have curtains, so very light in the morning. Perfect for early risers. Would still recommend.

A really lovely cottage. Right at the centre of Seaford - within easy walking distance of the seafront and the town. Close to the railway station and an easy drive to all the coastal towns. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time of day. You're relying on street parking - it was never much of a problem in reality - just took a few minutes hunting around the local streets sometimes. Inside the cottage is surprisingly large and it's well laid out. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and light. Downstairs the living / dining area is cosy with plenty of space. The kitchen and utility are at the back and well equipped - including dishwasher and washing machine. The owners were excellent. Friendly and really good communication. Access was straightforward and the instructions / notes they left were spot-on. We also appreciated the little touches that made our short stay as easy as it could have been. Things like having the basics already in the kitchen (foil, washing up liquid, condiments and so on) - which meant all we had to do was think about the additional things we wanted to eat or drink. And in the bathrooms there was a supply of loo roll and shower gel. Small things but they made a difference.
