They looked straight at me but blanked meI therefore I simply left the key on the reception counter and left. Vile rude staff would never book again. I am a platinum member on hotels. Com and would say this has to be one of the worst. There are much better hotels in Eastbourne at a similar rate and with much better standards. Avoid at all costs."
