The booking was smooth, instructions were clear, and the cottage had everything we needed. Since it was February, we appreciated all of the cozy blankets and pillows for our use. The Bickle sisters were very hospitable and I was able to do an early check in to set up everything before coming back to the cottage with my husband. The location was perfect bc it was 1 hour outside of the gta. The cottage was very clean and love the decor in the home. You can really feel the amount of love that’s put into their cottage. It was great that we were able to have a fire outside in the month of January and during the day walked outside on the frozen lake. I’m sure we will be back again. The Bickle sisters were extremely responsive before, during and after our visit. the cottage is very nicely decorated, clean, cozy and charming. The new boathouse is gorgeous. The cottage was cozy but with a nice comfortable modern feel. The kitchen was amazing. The views of the lake from the deck were beautiful but even if you wanted to stay inside you could get a great view of the sunset. Bedrooms were all clean with nice beds. Very clean, comfortable and a beautiful view of the lake from the back room. Lots of seating for a large group. The owners are awesome and approachable.
