We had expired milk in the fridge, which was replaced on request. A continental breakfast was advertised. Portman's House is the best accommodation I have stayed in. I have stayed in all the accommodations in Scone, and this one by far surpasses the others. I LOVE that there is a separate room with a TV so that the couple has a TV each. I LOVE that there is a washing machine and dryer, so do not need to go to the launderette. I LOVE that the car has its own garage, and not out in the elements. I love that there is an open private space to sit out with coffee. I cannot give this place a high enough praise, it has been well thought out with a woman;s touch. I LOVE that breakfast was supplied. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of hanging space.I LOVED that there was double-glazing on the bedroom window. Thank you for the best comfortable experience. Overall the property was fantastic, it was modern, neat and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable. My only criticisms (and these were very minor) was the carpet was a little dirty. I was wearing socks inside and they got a little dirty. The other was my towel was starting to show a little wear and tear.
