Stayed here twice. Once on the way to our destination and then again on the way back. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of our room!! I’m a HUGE germaphobe and hotel snob so if it’s dirty, I’ll let you know lol. I always sanitize every room we stay in regardless of how clean it is. But top notch cleaning so 5 stars for that alone. My ONLY zonk was that the walls are literally paper thin!!! A group of child athletes had 3 rooms around ours and they were pretty loud. The floor seemed paper thin too lol. Kinda scary. Felt like it could collapse! But other than that, we loved it!!!

Great property. Upscale and sophisticated

Its conveniently located down town. We were able to walk to several restaurants. Down side, the pool was closed, but we were not told about this until we checked in. A pool is a must for us when we travel. They offered to shuttle us to their sister hotel for a pool. We were told it was free by one staff member, but another staff member told us it would be a $10 charge. The hotel description lists several restaurants available in the hotel, but this is not the case. A Starbucks is also listed in the description, but I did not see one. We visited the bar 1922 several times. The drinks are good, but they need staff to manage orders from dining area. It was hard to get good service unless you were sitting at the bar. The rooms listed as "suites" are not like other suites. They're not worth the extra money. The only difference between our suite & our friends' regular room was a robe & slippers, a mini fridge, and microwave. There was no extra space.
