In the winter of 2018: Fresh snow is enough for all winter sports enthusiasts - see also pictures in the gallery! The professionally groomed trail is in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance! Very nice, spacious single-family house (175qm) for 2-6 people equipped in a quiet prime location, modern and comfortable. Large comfortable living room with fireplace, 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bath, shower, sauna and fitness room leave no wish unfulfilled. The large garden (950qm) with a nice lawn and a cozy terrace invite you to linger. For your car there is a garage. For sporty and children there is a table tennis table! Located just start cross-country ski (classic and skating) and the direct access to fascinating hikes (Breitenstein, Geigelstein, Klobenstein, Kampenwand and many hosted mountain pastures. Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt, welches zusätzlich gut ausgestattet ist. Positiv anzumerken ist außerdem die Sauberkeit und der tolle Garten, aber auch die schöne, naturnahe und ruhige Lage. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir Kontakt und dieser war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir hatten, war, dass das Objekt nicht wie angegeben für Kinder unter drei Jahren geeignet ist. Steckdosen waren nicht gesichert, es fehlte an einem Gitterbett und einem Hochstuhl, der für so kleine Kinder geeignet ist. Hier mussten wir selbst nachrüsten. Nur Nachbars-Hund kläfft auch mal morgens um 7 Uhr. Schnaken vorhanden , Fliegengitter müssten mal nachjustiert werden. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist schön, nur das Sofa müffelt etwas. Eine wunderbare Küche, mit allem was dazugehört, sensationell für kleine Hobbyköche, selten so erlebt. Super Betten, toller Garten für Hunde rund um ein tolles Objekt für Familie mit Hund. Im Garten gibt es frische Kräuter oder ein paar Brombeeren zu naschen .....es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist modern. Ausser das Badezimmer beim Elternschlafzimmer - dieses könnte eine Modernisierung brauchen. Die Fenster waren teilweise in schlechtem Zustand, werden aber scheinbar ersetzt, wie wir persönlich mitbekommen haben. Das Ferienhaus hat einen wunderschönen Garten, komplett eingezäunt. Die Gartenmöbel könnten mal ersetzt werden, da sie nicht mehr so stabil sind. Der Garten könnte etwas mehr Pflege gebrauchen (Sträucher schneiden, verdörrte Blüten entfernen, wässern etc.). Das Haus liegt direkt an vielen Wanderwegen. Einkaufen ist in Gehdistanz (ca. 10 Min.) möglich (kleiner Dorfladen). Grösseres Geschäft in ein paar Min. mit Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Fazit: tolles, gemütliches Haus welches wir wieder buchen würden. ##### Oliver F. Der Fitnessraum mit der großen Sauna ist außergewöhnlich. Im sehr schön bepflanzten Garten blühten Frühlingsblumen und sogar die Forsythie zeigte schon erste Blüten. Vom Haus aus kann man Spaziergänge und Wanderungen mit tollen Blicken auf die Chiemgauer Bergwelt unternehmen. Wir kommen im Sommer wieder. ##### Karin K. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man eventuell brauchen könnte. Es ist super sauber und gepflegt. Herr Fuchs der Verwalter ist sehr bemüht alles perfekt zu gestalten. Wir waren dort mit 4 Erwachsenen also wir und meine Eltern. Die Lage ist als exzellent zu bezeichnen. Man stolpert quasi von der Haustür in den Wald. Gerade wenn man wie wir mit 3 Hunden Urlaub macht ist dies ein super Pluspunkt. Wir haben bisher immer Urlaub in Schleching gemacht und wussten daher wie schön man sämtliche Ziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Und Hundebesitzer werden wissen, wie dankbar man seien muss mit 3 Hunden überhaupt genommen zu werden. Kurzum: Eine Woche war zu kurz daher waren wir die Woche vorher noch in Garmisch. Wir kommen garantiert wieder wenn wir dürfen. Liebe Grüße an die Eigentümer die uns und unseren 3 Lieblingen die Chance gegeben haben dort unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. ##### Sylvia S. In diesem großzügigen Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und was einen entspannten Urlaub garantiert. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen, auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der eingezäunte Garten ist sehr schön mit Blumen, Sträuchern und Bäumen bewachsen, inklusive einer kleinen Bienenwiese.
