Enjoy the sound of the sea!<br><br>The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), a dining area for 4 people, and the beautiful terrace with a rattan seating set, is perfect for total relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable, stereo system, DVD player, and Wi-Fi access enhance this experience. <br>The open and bright kitchenette, equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker, ensures a relaxed cooking experience.<br>The bright sleeping area, featuring a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV, lets you unwind at night.<br>The large bathroom, complete with a toilet, walk-in shower, ample storage space, a wide sink faucet, and great lighting, is also available. <br><br>A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement. <br><br>A parking space and bicycle storage are provided. <br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment.
