Here, the charming 4-room apartment “Bude 37” (No. 08) 'SaM – Scharbeutz am Meer' with its charm and style, inviting you to enjoy an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation.<br>Just about 400 metres from the beach, you’ll be staying in a central location perfect for a wonderful family vacation. <br><br>In just 3–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the centre of Scharbeutz with its beautiful stretch of dunes and many restaurants, shopping options, and a bakery for your morning rolls. <br>The medical centre is about 650 m away, and the supermarkets are about 500 m away. <br><br>Amenities<br><br>The modern “SaM” duplex vacation apartment spans approximately 78 square metres of living space across two levels (1st floor + 2nd floor) and offers ample space for up to 5 people. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. An optimal floor plan and two balconies provide a pleasant atmosphere for you to enjoy your vacation<br>You enter the Scharbeutz apartment through the spacious hallway, which leads directly into the spacious living area with kitchen, bedroom I, and bathroom. The rooms have been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and taste. A high level of comfort is guaranteed.<br>The kitchen is open to the living area and offers a comprehensive range of high-quality appliances. In addition to an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find not only a standard coffee maker but also a Tchibo capsule coffee machine. There is also a wine refrigerator, allowing you to keep your beverages at the perfect temperature.<br>In the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll find not only the kitchen and a dining area but also a comfortable sofa set that invites you to relax and unwind. A large flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player round out the living room.<br>The Scharbeutz vacation rental offers a total of three bedrooms, two of which are each equipped with a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are located on both the first and second floors. Bedroom I has one double bed (1.80 x 2 m), Bedroom II is also equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), and Bedroom III has a single bed (0.90 x 2 m). <br>Bedrooms II and III feature walk-in closets.<br>All bedrooms can be completely darkened using duplex pleated blinds.
