The cozy, furnished, bright 1 room app. on the ground floor impresses with its large terrace and top location: Side sea view / dune view from the terrace, beach 40m, center 400 m. It is easy to stroll along the promenade, which is located across the street. To the flat: Ostseöhnchen - An apartment with a large terrace stands for one thing above all: FEEL GOOD! The comfortably bright, 1 room app. has been redesigned. It consists of a living room with a dining table (fold-out for 4 people), a flat-screen TV, music system and a high-quality sofa bed (150 x 200 cm). The exclusive on the sofa bed is the sep. Mattress on which 2 people can sleep well and comfortably. In the separate sleeping alcove there is a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. The massive bunk bed is also suitable for adults (up to 120 kg). The apartment also has a new Mediterranean shower room with a floor-to-ceiling shower and toilet. A new pantry kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs and a small oven invite you to prepare a small meal. A coffee machine and toaster, as well as other cooking utensils are of course available. The highlight of this bright living room is the partially covered terrace with awning. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, 2 chairs and a lounge. In the cozy lounge, you can enjoy the sun in the morning and end the day to the fullest in the evening. Just listen to the sound of the sea - just wonderful. From the side you have a direct view of the dunes, to the dune mini golf. In the house temple you have the possibility to use the washing machine and dryer (for a fee). Curious? Die Kommunikation mit der Vermiterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein! Es ist sehr gemütlich und mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet! Es war sauber! Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt! Ein Mal über due Straße und schon war man am Strand! In 10 Minuten war man an der Promenade, wo man gemütlich schlendert konnte! Auch für die Kinder war der Weg dahin überhaupt nicht langweilig, da es alle paar Meter ein Spielplatz vorzufinden ist. Auch ein Minigolf Platz ist direkt vor der Tür! Die Wohnung ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr durchdacht aufgeteilt. Bei längeren Schlechtwetter-Perioden könnte es ungemütlich werden weil es keine Gruppenräume oder irgendwelche Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten im Haus gibt. Wirklich unterirdisch ist die Netzabdeckung inkl. Sehr gepflegt und saubere Wohnung und Terrasse. Viel Zubehör auch für Kinder an Spielzeug. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub, vor allem bei der super schönen direkten Lage zum Strand. Auch der Strandkorb in erster Reihe zum Meer war für uns ein Traum. Es muss eine gut befahrene Straße überquert werden und schon ist man am Strand. Der Strand ist super. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Außer einen Internetzugang, bzw. W-LAN. Bei der Buchung wurde als Ausstattungsmerkmal „Internet“ angegeben. Damit ist allerdings das Internet mit dem Smartphone gemeint. Der Empfang war wirklich schlecht.
