THE BACKYARD with access gate to the pool is private lush landscaped for privacy and outdoor dining at the 8 seat table witha natural gas grill and extra lawn furniture with outddor lighting at night.Access to the back yard is by the family room or master bedroom . Fully fenced with locks outsiide each gate. Enter through the front door to the LIVING ROOM with a large wall mount TV, wood burning fireplaceand sating for all with the newest innovatio the air matress for comfy sleeping.No more lumps but an attached air matress with electric blowup.Electic blowup is stored in the master bedroom closet. Bed linens , pilows, blankets are also stored there in labled bins for your reteival and return. Adajecent to the living room is the DINING ROOM for making memories all sitting around the 6 seating table tlking about the days adventure and planning the next venture.The liquor cabinet holds all sorts of hand wash glasses. The KITCHEN breakfast bar is ideal for a quick meal. The appliaces are new with a stove keep warm burner just in case--. Th spaious refig freezer has an ice maker Tthe water from LK.Mich is safe to drink.A 12 place setting negates the need to turn and empty the dishwasher after every meal.Plastic dinner ware for outdoor dining is stored in the cabinet next to the sink as are the filters for the drip coffee maker.,spices, rubs, sugar. tea and more are available for your use. Storage bags and more , plus cooking utinsels for the stainless steel cookware. There are pleanty of extras, an ice cream maker, mixing bowls, baking pans, electric mixer for the adventrous holiday cook. Of course dishwashwr soap and liquid soap is provided. To the left of the kitchen and set off is the beloved FAMILY ROOM with a tv, dvd player, puzzles, games and slider door to the backyard. A favorite for privacy with a queen sofa air matress blowup bed with linens, pillows, blankets stored in the end tsble and storage space in the other cabinets. Ceiling fans witha lights and table lamps round out the welcoming room. Across from the dining room is the hall way wth access to the bedrooms. The MASTER BEDROOM WITH SUITE has a king size bed and reading lamps on each side of the bed. A dresser and large closet with hangers.A ceiling light and fan. The SUITE is for relaxing, and if you need to doa little work there is a desk and of coorsewhoe house internet. The home is the best stocked place I’ve ever stayed. We brought some food to cook but the home had all the accoutrements which was appreciated! It was convenient to stores and restaurants. The front of the place was nice and kept. The place is false represented. IT IS NOT DELUXE. The pool is a shared pool. It was my birthday and my 30th Wedding Anniversary trip. We arrived in the evening and the place was very dark and dingy. Limited lighting and the place was dirty, dusty and had a very old smell. It was cluttered with a lot of personal stuff I felt like I broke into someone’s house. Most of the drawers to the dresser had stuff in them that belonged to the owner. There were stains on the couches and hair of the throws. I took the couch pillows and layed them up on their desk and dust went flying everywhere. My little dog went underneath the bed to get her toy and she came out with a dust ball as big as her. My Spouse started crying the first night we were there. I couldn’t sleep because my asthma was acting up. We tried to find another place to go but everywhere was booked since it was a holiday weekend. We went to Walmart the next day to stock up on Febreeze and scented candles and bed sheets to try to make the best of it. Our poor dogs were miserable. They were afraid to sleep on the floor in their own beds. They had to sleep with us. The bed is between two skylights so when day breaks, it gets very bright. Forget about sleeping in. At 5:30 am on our Anniversary we woke up to a loud noise coming from the fireplace. The house and grounds are BEAUTIFUL and clean! A couple of friends and I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed all that Saugatuck has to offer! The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process, and the house had everything we needed for a great weekend. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE! There were materials all in the driveway and workers on the roof. The workers came back in the morning around 8:00 am and left the garage door opened. On Tuesday they were on the roof at 8:00am pounding again. It was open concept with great amenities and very clean. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes in this is one of the most well organized well-stocked homes I’ve ever visited. The owner was wonderful to work with and was extremely responsive to our needs. The home had some damage from a recent storm and workers needed to repair the roof.
