"旧市街入り口の門のすぐそばにあります。階段を登る必要がありますが、ドゥオーモのある広場まで徒歩5分程度と非常にアクセスが良いです。バスターミナルからも近いですが、鉄道で来る場合はかなり駅から離れています。部屋はリノベーションされたようで非常に綺麗です。バスルームとトイレも清潔でした。"

"Very much enjoyed our stay, loved the coffee, water and juice on every floor, rooms are small and bathrooms smaller, free parking is about 100M away, busy coffee tabachi shop on main floor. This hotel divides a busy 6 lane road but noise in rooms is not a problem. Wonderful staff in hotel and service at bar!! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. The owners were kind and personable. The breakfast was very nice, the apartment was large and comfortable - we didn't realize that they offer apartments and air bnb rooms bec we would have opted for the latter rather than the apartment but it was very nice and had a futon if we needed to accommodate additional people. Kitchen with full size fridge, balcony, and nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend. "

"We stayed here to explore Abruzzo. We were happy with the room (family of 5 shared). The owner was very personable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every day (especially the coffee!) and had dined in their restaurant one of the evenings. They are super close to a grocery store. We would recommend staying here to explore the nearby area."

"Smack bang in the middle of the old town, situated just in the pedestrianised area. Given the location, there is no parking, but we had no problems finding free parking within a 3 minute walk. (I'd recommend a car so that you can visit outlying towns / villages/ mountains.) The hotel does a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10. L'Aquila has plenty of options for bars, restaurants etc."

"This property has everything you need , the staff are all kind and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable and have all you require. We were sad to leave. The on site parking was safe and secure. "We very much enjoyed our stay here. The owners were kind and personable. The breakfast was very nice, the apartment was large and comfortable - we didn't realize that they offer apartments and air bnb rooms bec we would have opted for the latter rather than the apartment but it was very nice and had a futon if we needed to accommodate additional people. Kitchen with full size fridge, balcony, and nice bathroom. Would definitely recommend. "
