The room had a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, would recommend having dish soap and cloth to rinse dishes. Did not use Restaurant so cannot comment. Parking was behind hotel so recommend checking in first so you can use back door to enter hotel. Otherwise hotel was clean and convenient and staff was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at The Insignia. Felt very modern and high end, but at a reasonable price point. Nespresso machines with pods provided in every room, plus a water carafe to refill at the bottle filling stations on every floor (we LOVED this). Rooms themselves were spacious and very clean, with no carpets/upholstered headboards to worry about. We loved the L’Occitane products too! Walkable to great restaurants and the waterfront. We loved the indoor pool as well (although the floor was very slippery)! Overall a really great stay, especially for the price point.

This hotel was one of six hotels we stayed in as part of a long trip, and this was tied as our favorite of the whole trip! The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly, and the room could not have been more thoughtfully designed and appointed. Everything we needed was there, and even things we had never thought of before were provided. The layout of the room was brilliant and every piece of furniture was beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient and walkable to dining, and parking was available. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

I used to stay at the hotel while visiting my daughter in Sarnia . Approx 30 to 40 nights per year . The last stay was so loud and drunk people everywhere out front . Because of the noise I did not have my daughter stay will me . The staff were very polite and supplied ear plugs as a solution to the noise . I stay at marriot properties all of the time when traveling but won’t be again I was so disappointed in the service . In the future I will choose and would recommend choosing another location in Sarnia
