Come home from a lovely day on the lake and enjoy the beautiful evening on the porch or spend the day at The Grove in Oxford, MS and enjoy an Ole Miss sporting event. Just minutes from the well known Como Steakhouse and 10 minutes to the beautiful Sardis lake. Sardis Lake, MS, on the Tallahatchie River, is known for its sandy beaches and amazing crappie fishing. No trash bag in the trash can so kind of hard to get the trash out. House was located on a busy street with loud engine cars going by frequently. To top it off the morning we left we heard gunshots and there was an accident in front of the house where 4 guys ran from the scene and had been the ones shooting. Extremely clean, lots of beds for our large group, lots of towels, and every kitchen gadget you could need. The bed situation was awesome—not only did they have what was in the bedrooms, but the two sofas in the living room folded out along with a separate futon in a back area. The screened in back porch was wonderful with lots of yard games, darts, and a firepit (we didn’t use). We were there for only a weekend but this place would be great for a longer stay too with all the extras it had. Felt very comfortable here.
