"I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. "

"Luv this place! Cabana was cozy, bed was excellent, all utensils one needs in the kitchenette. Reuben from Maya adventures picked us up at airport, helped us get the water jug n case of beer and helped us get the code for key lock. Clean beach, excellent water to go swimming in. We walked to all the shops, restaurants. Earplugs supplied for sleeping as the dogs might wake you up. Was not a big deal for us. Three ceiling fans and standup. With all the screened windows, we had no issues. Angel, the groundskeeper was very informative 👍 Security is top notch. Mirko was very communicative property management. We will be back 👍"
