This home features a lovely screened-in pool area, perfect for relaxing. Located near the breathtaking Siesta and Lido Key beaches provide easy access to the Gulf, while the sophisticated Downtown Sarasota and iconic St. Armands Circle boast world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. As soon as you walk-in, you’re met with gorgeous views of the tropical backyard. You’ll love the warm, homey vibe of the living room with a seating area and large tv and it seamlessly opens to the home’s dining room. The modern kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, built-in oven, range and microwave, a walk-in pantry and a family style breakfast bar. Plus, there is dedicated office space for remote workers and students. Prepare to be transported to an opulent retreat. The primary bedroom has luxe furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a great walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has stunning touches throughout, including a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are appointed with soft linens and storage space, and the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is a hall bath and a laundry room to provide convenience. Every moment is a celebration of relaxation and indulgence in this tropical paradise! \- No pets are allowed in this home. These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas. This home is managed by Tropical Sands Accommodations, a Siesta Key and Sarasota property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. We had a great two weeks at this beautiful home for our Grandsons graduation. The location couldn’t be better to the Van Wezel, Main Street, Siesta Key Beach, and St Armand's Circle, and amazing restaurants. So nice to be walking distance to Morton’s Market, and The Spoon for breakfast, in addition to many shops and restaurants. The home has everything you need. Beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, but we only made a couple meals. After a busy day, it was great to cool off in the pool. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Jacki F. The property is stunning, spacious, and very clean. Upon entry, you’re greeted by an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. To the left is the impressive primary suite with a large bedroom and en-suite, along with a smaller room with shared access to the bathroom via a Jack-and-Jill setup. On the right, there’s a utility room, a bedroom with two single beds and its own en-suite, another bedroom, main bathroom and an office with a wet bar. The outdoor area features a large pool, whirlpool/hot tub, and plenty of loungers for relaxation. The location is unbeatable—1.5 miles from downtown, with Morton’s Speciality Market, Libby’s, Veronica’s, 1414 Grill, and Legends Sports Bar just 100 meters away. Further along the street is Gecko's and Brady's Bars. Siesta Key and St. Armands are only a 10-15 minute Uber ride away. Publix & CVS are 5 minutes away in the car too. The only minor suggestion would be to swap the double bed with the two singles to give another couple access to the en-suite. The management team was excellent, communicating only when needed and quickly responding to any queries. Overall, Off Tropic was a fantastic stay, and we would 100% return! ##### Brian K. We love visiting Sarasota, and this home was absolutely perfect for our vacation. Everyone was wowed by the interior spaces and the private pool; it's simply gorgeous. It has all the comforts of home but better. We were impressed by how clean the home is; bedroom mattresses were high quality, as were the soft linens; plus the kitchen had more than the basics to allow us to cook in and enjoy the screened-in lanai/pool area each evening. Location was perfection, so close to our favorite restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Excellent rental home, 5 very bright stars! Recommend. ##### Larissa B.
