Enjoy access to the outdoor heated communal pool and explore the nearby trails, all while being just a short drive from UTC or downtown. We have taken great care to ensure that you have everything you need to feel at home during your stay. ★Living Area: As you enter the condo to the right, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the living room and sun room. The living room features a couch and side table. The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests. ★Kitchen: Pods and trash bags provided to start you off. The Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, stove, dishes. ★Bedroom: Bedsheets provided. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 2 night stands with lamps, and a walk-in closet. Enjoy the convenience of your own private slider leading to the sunroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, 2 night stands with lamps and a closet. ★Bathroom: Each bedroom features their own en suite.
