Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this cool property offers a tranquil escape for guests. With 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, everyone will find their perfect spot to unwind. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, bathtubs, and hair dryers. The additional living room space features a cozy sofa bed, providing even more comfort. Centrally located and minutes to everything.  Less than 1 minutes to I-75  8 miles to Siesta Key beach, and 22 miles to Longboat Key  Major grocery stores (Walmart, Walgreens, Wawa, Publix, Detwiler’s Farm Market, etc.) are all within 5 miles radius  15 miles from Sarasota Bradenton Int’l Airport  Major health care centers (John Hopkins, SMH Care Center, PrimeHealth, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System, etc.) are all within 5 miles radius  Private, quiet and friendly neighborhood Rambler, one level house with pool.
