The neighborhood is an older neighborhood and most of the homes are no where as nice as this property or manicured. It was clean and well appointed and had pretty much anything you needed. I used the full size laundry multiple times, we grilled fish and burgers, and used the pool and outdoor spaces many times. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay - much better than a hotel room. The pool was clean and had many chairs and the temperature was perfect. We felt safe in the neighborhood; it is a modest area, but close to everything. Grocery, fish market and so many great restaurants are so accessible. Despite the traffic, we could get to the beach in under 15 minutes. My only criticism is the lack of wine glasses! This time we rented the cottage by ourselves and had a wonderful time. The cottage is a great, warm and welcoming space and the outdoor space with the pool was amazing as last time. One of the other units was occupied but we never saw the occupants so it was if we had the pool area to ourseleves for 5 days! Amazing! Ken and Donna are great hosts. Location was central to everything and even offered an opportunity to walk to several shops and dinning. Walt’s Fish Market is an easy walk and an excellent place for drinks and dinner. Publix, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens all a stones throw away. Although near two main roads, you would never know it as you relax pool side or at the cottages patio.
