The layout is spacious and private - and the home is beautifully appointed. The kids loved the pool and the close proximity to the Lido Beach Pavilion - and the adults loved the close proximity to St Armands Circle. We walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Was an added bonus that there were 2 washers and dryers. Was not aware of that when booking. Great location. A couple blocks from restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach. The kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The house was overall very clean.....only complaint was the floors were really dirty. Good taste in decor! Very nice area, we enjoyed very much our walks around the beautiful neighborhood! A little bit far from the beach, but very quickly (4min) by bike! Things that we missed: - a real outdoor kitchen (no sink, no water, no balcony to prepare your barbecue) - a bathroom by the pool area or by the game room (we had to go upstairs every time we needed) - a good quality umbrella (at least 2-3) but honestly for the price that you pay and for the size of the house, guests would deserve 1 or 2 nice tents to accommodate everybody! Overall we had wonderful days in the beautiful Sarasota area, including one day at the Anna Maria Island beach and one at the Siesta Key beach: both with amazing white sands and clear water! ##### Adriana S.
