I don't know when it was renovated, but it looked newly renovated. It was very clean. It had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach - took about 3 minutes. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and well-maintained. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Bathroom too small. Shower was great. I was expecting a kitchen with sink and microwave. It was too small. Maybe regular coffee pot instead of espresso machine. Pool nice. The hot tub jets were intermittent. I believe when I looked the room was different than what I got. It was sparkling clean and modern, with easy walkable access to shopping and the beach. The area has multiple bars and there is a public parking lot across the street so it was a bit noisy at night, and the headlights from the cars shone right in our windows. Also the walls are a bit thin. the first night our neighbor was yelling all night and it felt like she was in the room with me.The furnishings in the kitchenette could have been better - the metal chairs were very uncomfortable and made a horrible noise when sliding on the tile floor. It would be nice to have more comfortable seating in that area. Also the tvs were WAY too large for the rooms. It wasn’t even possible to comfortably watch the one in the kitchenette. The staff was all lovely and very responsive via text. There was a king sized bed in the main living area and a queen sized bed in a separate room and a pull out couch in its own room. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom was sooo small!!! The property was well kept and the pool and hot tub was so nice! My kids loved the game area too.
