Once you stay at this beautifully furnished, well maintained 2BD, 2BA condo, you will want to come back again and again! Enjoy incredible views of the exclusive Palm Aire Golf course and exotic birds in Sarasota, Florida as you relax in the lanai. Numerous walking, running, and bike trails throughout Palm Aire. This will truly be 'your home away from home.' This first floor unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes one Queen bed with a bedroom set that has tons of drawers --- enough for multiple month stays. The master bathroom includes a separate vanity area. Walk-in closet and another large closet in master bedroom is more than enough storage for all your personal items. The second bedroom includes two twin beds with full two closets and full bathroom. Also includes 34" flat screen TV. Incredible views of golf course from second bedroom! Bed linens and towels are included and stored in hallway linen closet. FREE laundry room. Laundry rooms with two washing machines and two dryers are located on each floor. You will feel relaxed in the open concept living and dining room with lots of light. Beautiful ceramic tiles throughout the Unit. Updated, bright kitchen with breakfast table and fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Cable, internet, TV, electricity, water, trash removal, and WIFI are all included. Access to two (2) heated community pools within easy walking access. One pool is directly across the street. The other pool is just a few feet down Country Club Drive. Complete access to Clubhouse with exercise room and recreation room. Unit has one designated parking spot that is located right outside the unit. Guest parking also available within condo parking lot. Ideally located so you can enjoy a multiple of interests. Seasonal memberships are available at the Palm Aire Country Club that is directly across from condo or you can choose to golf at the numerous courses in the area. In less than 10 minutes, you will be at the Mall at University Town Center (UTC) and an endless list of restaurants and stores on University Parkway. Easy access to Downtown Sarasota via 75-South. While downtown, visit the ART CENTER SARASOTA, TOWLES COURT, SARASOTA OPERA, VAN WEZAL PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, SELBY GARDENS, SARASOTA JUNGLE GARDENS, and the RINGLING MUSEUM OF ART. It is located in a nice neighborhood and is very well equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and leaves nothing to be desired. There is also an extensive range of TVs with streaming services etc.. The beds are very comfortable, so that a good night's sleep is possible and every vacation day can be started relaxed. My husband and I have rented out several different condos (during the month of January) in Florida over the past 5 years. This condo exceeded our expectations! Here is why: Condo Unit: Beautifully decorated, very clean and organized, very spacious, great view of the beautiful sunrise, small creek, and golf course. It was also fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry basket, and cleaning supplies. It also had a small Hamilton blender which we used on a regular basis! Condo Owner: Liz was the most caring condo owner we have ever worked with in the past. Whenever we had a question, she would quickly respond and/or take action when necessary. She really shined when we reached out to her to get a recommendation for an auto transport company (we had an accident and needed to transport our car home). She sent us several recommendations and followed up to see how we were doing with the search. Location/Community: My husband and I truly enjoyed the peaceful location. Very little traffic! When we took our regular walks around the neighborhood, all of the other walkers greeted us with a positive comment or a smile. It was also very close to the University Town Center, Target, Home Depot, Whole Foods, etc. Siesta Key was only 30 minutes away too. Finally, her neighbor Marcia was so helpful when we arrived. She helped us get into the unit and was always available if we had any questions about the pool location, trash area, or laundry room. Laundry facilities just a few feet away off main lobby area. 2 swimming pools available with the larger one just across the street with bath house and fitness center.. We have enjoyed many gorgeous sunrise mornings and bird watching on beautiful Palm Aire golf course. Also a great low traffic walking community. It is in a safe neighborhood and we enjoyed walking the area. It is so easy to get to downtown Sarasota and the beaches, as well as shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings and accessories were nice, and everything was clean. The kitchen is nicely stocked too. The screened in lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The owner is great to work with, answers communications quickly, and is simply a delightful person. Nice home away from away, with all amenities you are needing for an extended stay. The lunia was my favorite especially in the mornings drinking a cup of tea.
