Quaint main floor studio in a great location. This is an affordable way to enjoy this popular area. One of the top beaches in the U.S. This cozy cottage features a Queen bed, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fully stocked cooking items & dishes, along with beach chairs, and beach towels. Located at 170 Roosevelt Dr., Sarasota The space: Studio is tiny, yet roomy for 2 people. Completely remodeled. Guest access: We have an on-site heated pool for the condo complex to use. On-site free parking for guests. Other things to note: We offer beach chairs and beach towels. Also, behind our complex is kayak rental. Bike rental within 2 blocks. VEO e scooter rentals found throughout the area. The Beach is a 7-min walk and there are 2 public access points. The location is amazing, but our vintage building was built in the 50’s, so keep that in mind so that your not expecting a brand new complex. Updates are always on-going. We found the location to be perfect and enjoyed being in a quieter area of town. The walk to the beach was very easy and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable as well. This sweet studio was the perfect space for our trip to Lido. It was conveniently located to the things we had planned as well as the beach. This charming cottage was the perfect substitute to our normal location. The Bayrunner pick up spot is a block away. The beach is just a few blocks from door to ocean. The linens and towels are much nicer than any hotel I’ve stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking needs and the fridge is a good size. We loved the fact that they left an umbrella, chairs and a sand wagon to help your beach days go smoother. We loved waking up and running the bridge and back, then stopping in St Armand’s Circle for brunch. There are scooter rentals all over, that made it nice if we got tired of walking. We did not use the pool but it was right next to our unit and never had anyone in it. The landscaping is tropical and nice. We loved sitting on the patio each evening. It was a beautiful visit and we will be back as often as we can.
