A lot of noise at times with contractors working on the site or working in other units. We arrived finding one frying pan with damaged cookware surface, broken handle on broom, rusty beach chair frame and old tiny toaster oven in terrible condition, and one hangar. Manager replaced all but the toaster oven. We bought hangars, but did not get reimbursed. The main complaint was that the site offered a 12 % discount and then did not honor it, falsely stating the total stated included the discount. We had followed the stated price in the VRBO listing from April 2020 until December 2020 when the discount was offered and the price charged was exactly the same. ##### wallace n. We were able to see the beach and hear the waves from our living room even though we were the third apartment from the front of the complex. Direct access to the beach was just a few steps making it easy to walk on the beach multiple times per day without having to make a planned trip to the beach!
