The bright kitchen overlooks a dining room with seating for four and additional stools at the island. The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather. The bedroom features a King Bed with balcony access which overlooks the pool. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides accommodation for extra guests. Crisp linens and plush towels are provided by our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool. The covered poolside patio area features a TV and bar. Guests will enjoy the giant Connect 4 Game, Cornhole, Ring Toss and Ping Pong Table. AMI Sand Dollar is one half of a duplex. Each side has its own driveway, entrance, grill, and private pool area. If you have a larger group, check out AMI Starfish to book both sides for your group. AMI Sand Dollar is a dog friendly home! If you have added a pet to your reservation under the number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. The house was exactly as showed, and we enjoyed our time there. The location is great, and the pool was nice and warm! Our only issue was the comfort of the mattress. It was not that comfortable. It felt as if it dipped in the middle. It would receive 5 stars if the mattress was replaced. ##### Tricia S. We rented it becasue of the privacy it provided and only 2 blocks from the beach. They have everything you need to enjoy the private saltwater pool or the beach. A wagon, sand toys for the kids, beach umbrella, cooler, floaties and chairs!! The property was very nice and clean. It has 1 king bed and a fold out couch. We also enjoyed having the TV outside in the covered area. Managment answered our phone calls right away if we had any questions. We definately plan to come back soon! ##### Kandis O. We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property. The pool was wonderful after a day at the beach. The beach is such a close walk or a 1 minute bike ride. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4\. The owners are so thoughtful to have a cart and chairs for the beach. We absolutely cannot wait to come back! ##### LAURA A.
