As far as this particular unit goes, it was as described on appearance. Was comfortable and good location. Issues inside - loud gurgling sound for 1 to 2 minutes 2 to 3 times an hour every hour of every day. Shutters on bedroom and entry lights outside bedroom window made the bedroom brighter at 2 a.m. than it was at 2 p.m. Then not sure who dropped the ball on instructions \[owner or rental agency\] but no info for: code to enter pool area or recycling bin; tv; front loading washer. We stayed 6 weeks and FINALLY for the last 6 days of our stay, we could enter the parking lot without being told our name was not on the list to enter!!! I contacted Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals 8 times trying to get help. Agents always had reasons/excuses but seldom did they have help/solutions. Would never rent at the location again and would never book through Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Supposedly restful 6 week getaway offered lots of stress and frustration. ##### Jenny B.
