- Wonderful, cozy beach house with pool, barbecue, internal and external garden, equipped kitchen, living room in "L", terrace outside, balcony with natural light entrance for 3 cars, 3 bedrooms and one suite, air conditioning in the bedrooms, three bathrooms, one external. Upscale location very similar to condominium. In front of Ilha Bela, a quiet beach, reminiscent of a serene lake at dusk. Perfect beach to relax.
A contract will be made with a recognized firm. A deposit check will not be deposited and will be returned within 7 days of inspection.
