Tem comercio proximo e a praia é de frente ao condominio. A unica questão é que a praia é como uma "morro", mas é só tomar cuidado para não escorregar que da para aproveitar muito, a areia é braquinha e o mar clarissimo. Os moveis da casa são otimos, tudo muito limpo. Seu francisco também foi super atencioso desde o começo, fica a disposição o tempo que for necessario. A casa é aconchegante e o condomínio é bem tranquilo. Bem próxima da praia, mercados e centrinho de São Sebastião. O proprietário é muito simpático e prestativo.
