  • The house has space for the whole family to enjoy in peace! It has internal parking for 5 cars. The house is 4 blocks from the beach, 1 block from the main avenue of the neighborhood where there is a gas station, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and pharmacy. The area is safe and well located. Pool maintenance service is already included. Come and enjoy Barequeçaba beach with all the structure to feel at home! The house is very well located! It is next to the avenue that has a bakery, supermarket, gas station, pizzeria and pharmacy. It is 1 block from Carmella restaurant, Sino Pizzeria and Rocha ice cream shop. It is 4 blocks from Barequeçaba beach. The neighborhood is excellent, as it is close to other beaches: Santiago, Toque Toque, Maresias. It is 15 minutes from the center of São Sebastião (beach street).
