The apartment is in the heart of Vila Madalena, the nicest and safest district in São Paulo! The Subway, all the clubs, bars and trendy points in the city are a 5-10 minutes walk from here. A must for visitors.  
  
You'll sleep in an acoustically isolated recording studio with an artistic ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has hot/cold water and a hairdryer. You have your own router with fiberoptic and broad band internet.
