Gostamos muito do hotel, os atendentes são atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã delicioso e bem completo. O local é limpo, tem elevador, estacionamento, enfim, um ótimo custo benefício. O prédio é antigo, mas isso não desabona o hotel. Voltaria com certeza.

Hotel bem estruturado

Sinceramente não estava esperando muito, pois eu sabia que a localização não é das melhores, mas eu me surpreendi. O hotel é simples, porém fui super bem atendida, o quarto possui uma cama bem gostosa (o colchão é ótimo), o banheiro simples mas limpo (só acho que a ducha poderia esquentar mais, estava frio na noite que fui). Café da manhã estava ótimo, comi bem. Em geral foi uma ótima estadia, caso necessário eu voltaria.

Experiência extremamente decepcionante. O atendimento foi simplesmente lamentável — os funcionários agem como se estivessem fazendo um favor em atender, demonstrando total falta de cordialidade e profissionalismo. Chegamos às 10h30, cientes de que o check-in seria apenas às 14h, o que compreendemos perfeitamente. No entanto, o absurdo começa aí: mesmo após o horário oficial, às 14h30 ainda não fomos autorizados a entrar no quarto. A justificativa? “Aguardem disponibilidade.” Um desrespeito absoluto. Como se não bastasse a demora e o despreparo da equipe, ainda cobraram uma taxa para guardar as malas enquanto esperávamos — algo que, em qualquer lugar minimamente organizado, seria um serviço de cortesia. E quando finalmente conseguimos entrar no quarto, veio mais uma decepção: o espaço é minúsculo, extremamente apertado e desconfortável. O ar condicionado é de janela que faz um barulho insuportável. Mal há lugar para circular, muito menos para relaxar. Não condiz em nada com as expectativas de uma hospedagem minimamente decente. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Atendimento vergonhoso, estrutura ruim e total falta de consideração com o cliente. Uma experiência para nunca mais repetir.
