"Amazing pool with plenty of comfy seating surrounding and shade available. Enjoyed the coffee shop both in morning and evening. The upper deck infinity bar with evening vocalist was both relaxing and entertaining. Rooms were clean and well maintained. My girls enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling in the cove. The steak house and Japanese restaurant provided exceptional dining experience. Good late-night burger at Sports bar. All bartenders and wait staff very friendly. Expedia staff very helpful and checked in on us a couple of times. Very pleasant experience at Grand palladium for our family vacation!"

"My husband and I recently stayed three nights at Princess Senses Mangrove in Green Island, Jamaica, on the adults-only side, and overall we had a wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. One thing that stood out to me was how often staff were cleaning and maintaining the property throughout the day. Everywhere we went—from the walkways to the restaurants and pool areas—everything felt very clean and well cared for. We stayed in a swim-out room, which was definitely a highlight of our trip. Having direct access to the water right from our room made the stay feel relaxing and private, and it added a luxury touch that we really enjoyed. The food was excellent, which is something that can be hit or miss at all-inclusive resorts, but that wasn’t the case here. Every meal we had was flavorful and well prepared. The service was also fantastic—staff members were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The beach area was beautiful, with clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. It was a great place to unwind during the day. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience much of the nightly entertainment because our evenings tended to end early. The only downsize is we were not aware there would be no liquor in the room nor would there be an up charge for top shelf liquor at the bars. Other than that Princess Mangrove nice! "

"Very nice property but the housekeeping was just ok. They completely skipped our room on a couple occasions even though we had the tag on handle to “makeup room”. Housekeeping could’ve been a little more friendly. They had an angry attitude about tidying up our room even though we are kind and outgoing. Even as you passed them walking out of your room they were pissed off. Save your time withe the Krystal specialty restaurant. Food was terribly overcooked and the filet wasn’t a filet. Who knows what it was but it wasn’t a filet. Totally inedible!! We stuck with the buffet which always had delicious, fresh food. A special shout out to the entire front desk, lifeguard and bartending staff though who were extremely friendly and hospitable. Such a great group of people. Made me and my family feel welcome and helped answer any questions we had. Overall I’d give the property a 4 out of 5 stars and we would go back. "

"Pools are great and the beach is beautiful with plenty of trees, cabanas and lawn chairs. There are high chairs in all restaurants. Use bug spray for ackee restaurant. Food and drinks is good. Overall staff is amazing. I would recommend this place for families. I would come back again. Our favourite people are Flame, T.T., aqua sports rental staff including Ashley and the other lady, Travis and the guy always under the tree on the beach. "
