Location, Location, Location

This hotel is close to shops, restaurants. It is parallel to Isidora Goyenechea street, near the theater, and parks. The staff is welcoming and very polite. Breakfast included with all sorts of favorites such as breads, pastries, deli, yogurt, cereal, coffee, natural juice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. It is actually near the GOLF metro station and that takes you to many places including the art museums near Bellas Artes station. Chile is an amazing country and this hotel is well-located in Las Condes so I highly recommend it and will be back to the same place.

Overall appearance of the hotel was good. The room itself is in need of repairs and upgrades like Furniture, TV and fixtures but the worst part was the bathroom where we found moldy grout around the shower and walls, cracked tiles and vanity cabinets are old and simply useless. We noticed the closet was in need of an ironing board and an iron which we really need at the time of our stay. For the area we were looking forward to a better and cleaner room and we were disappointed.

Ficamos em um quarto triplo e o ar condicionado era antigo e bem na altura da cama, o que incomodava bastante quem ficou no rumo do ar. Café da manhã simples, razoável, mas senti falta de alimentos para pessoas com restrição a proteína do leite. Apesar de tudo, o hotel tem uma excelente localização, a apenas uma quadra do MUT (muito bom para comer). De uma maneira geral, me hospedaria novamente no MR Express num retorno à Santiago.
