We loved the house!! The porch was so convenient for dropping shoes and beach supplies. I loved the outdoor spaces to enjoy with ceiling fans… upper screened-in deck with swing and pool area which has plenty of seating! The pool was a wonderful source of fun when swimming was not allowed at the beach for a day due to FRED. I really enjoyed the artwork and unique touches of decor! The kitchen was well stocked. Our group could have used a few more coffee mugs and dish towels, but there were plenty of pretty dishes and anything we needed to cook for our simple meals and great counter space! Loved the good supply of games! The master suite was spacious and the showers all had good water pressure when all the showers were in use and plenty of hot water. I’m ok with morning light, but someone might have a hard time with the light bedroom curtains. Comfortable seating in the great room and plenty of seating for dining and board games! A few more matts or rugs (like in the master bathroom) by some of the doors could help with sand and water. The concrete floors can get slippery even when you’re trying to be careful coming in from the pool. A supply of granite counter spray and another roll of paper towels would be nice to keep those lovely countertops looking and feeling good! The 4 bikes and golf cart were very useful and a factor in choosing a place. We were very pleased and the house was an answer to prayer, praise God! One other thing that would be helpful would be a listing and map of restaurants and reservation info. ##### Mike S. Fabulous kitchen - two of everything! 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 trash bins - and every kitchen utensil known to man! In addition to comfort there were so many extras. Beautiful pool, comfortable and plenty of furniture. Great showers, including the private one outside for all that sand! Bicycles, golf cart, large master which our son and wife and infant could spread out and have privacy. Upstairs balcony a plus - plenty of towels - just over the top great! Puzzles and games, a bookshelf filled with all kinds of books. Big great TV's. Who could ask for more. ##### Jennie P. It's very open and roomy, with plenty of spaces for everyone to be together or to have quiet time alone. We spent a lot of time by the pool and loved having multiple options for sun or shade. Inside, we loved the concrete floors, high ceilings, sunny spaces, modern feel, roomy kitchen, big farmhouse table and very comfy beds. The golf cart (4-person) was in constant use as were the bikes. House location is great. Our group of 6 all felt this was one of our best vacations ever. ##### nan n. My husband and I took our 6,3,&1 year old for a weeks vacation. We had a great stay. Having the golf cart was an awesome amenity.
