Time to make some memories in this brand new vacation home. Families flock to this area to enjoy the premier location in the heart of the action yet tucked away in the private gated community of Old Florida Beach. Lost in thought reminiscing about the many happy beach trips she had enjoyed, Pinkie Flamingo almost missed her turn. Tucked down the lane behind the popular Goatfeathers Seafood Restaurant, this area has come to represent a lifestyle sought after by those who appreciate the finer things in life. For Pinkie… “Makin' my way along 30A” was always an adventure.

With brand new everything 2025, this 3-story 5-bedroom retreat offers the perfect canvas on which to paint your families favorite beach vacation memories. Pinkie took note of the private pool just waiting for someone to take a dip. “We are off to a great start and I haven't even gotten inside!”

Hopping up the steps, Pinkie found herself in a fresh, open-concept living space combining, entertainment, dining and cooking. The vibe was welcoming with classic coastal furnishings bathed in natural earth tones and whites while beachy blues and teals co-mingled pleasantly to accent the setting. Natural light streamed in from everywhere uplifting the already-buoyant mood. “How could anyone not love this?” Pinkie mused. Every single thing in the house is brand new! “There is never anything wrong with being among the first to break in a new beach house”.

Opportunities for getting together were everywhere… from the inviting seating in the living room to the dining table and on to the expansive kitchen island with super comfy bar stools. The ingredients are all in place and served up for some family-friendly moments. Some of Pinkie's fondest memories were of cooking with friends and family while on vacations. With all new cookware, appliances and serving pieces at hand, the set-up could not be better.

Up the stairs Pinkie hopped to check out the rest! She could have chosen the residential elevator but…”I need the exercise!” The second floor featured 2 king guest ensuites…the accommodating front bedroom was sunny and bright overlooking the street and featuring an attached bathroom a walk-in shower. A second king guest bedroom was soft and cool and faced the shaded natural area behind the house. As if level two was not happening enough, Pinkie's guests will enjoy the bunkroom with 2 sets of twin over queen bunks. A gathering hang-out space with hall bathroom served to round out level two.

One more flight of stairs and Pinkie had reached the top level. Stylish and well-appointed, the master suite came with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and modern soaking tub all sporting sleek plumbing fixtures. This master retreat was worth the climb as Gulf views could be had from this vantage point. Another king guest suite had its own balcony off the front of the house overlooking the sparkling pool below. In between Pinkie found another cool hang-out…the perfect set-up for catching a football game or playing cards perhaps. These additional common spaces were just what guests loved as they offer new vignettes to explore.

With her tour of the house complete, Pinkie paused…Let's don't forget why you really came here! Beach access is easy from this coastal community.
