Guest access The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is Camp WaterColor just a few doors down from the house! The neighborhood has a quiet, comfortable feel - great for kids to play. The WaterColor Beach Club, about a 5-minute LSV ride on neighborhood streets, features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and AMAZING playground for kids! The community pools are heated during cooler months (subject to change by the neighborhood). The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community. There is a Publix grocery store within 5 minutes you can walk, bike, or take the LSV too if needed. Other things to note \-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. \-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. \-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. \-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-The LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. \-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. The home was well decorated, very clean, comfortable beds and nicely spaced out. Just a few tgif s would have made it better. The doors had code issues so we could not access the entirety of the home for 30 minutes after we checked in. After been on the road for a long time we were ready to rest. The home did not have hand soap or garbage bags which for the amount. We paid it would have been nice to have those basic necessities. We informed the property management tram who said they would bring a starter pack but never did. Lastly for the first 24 hours there was no hot water. So we all had to take cold showers until it was fixed. All in all we would still stay in te home again as those were mostly issues with prior management not the actual home. Lots of stuff to do on-site. Bikes and a golf cart made the vacation easy and the house is right by camp watercolor, close to the grocery store and restaurants. ##### Imelda W. It is in a wonderful location. Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of seating. If we could book this house again through another agency, I would absolutely recommend it. The rental agency seems to not have it together as much as other companies we have used in the past. They were very nice people, but it started with our original house being double booked, so we were moved to this one. Then we wanted to add an extra night to our stay, but they couldn't figure out how to charge it correctly, and asked me to call back in a week. When I did, they had booked that night out to another family already and we weren't able to get it. Not the end of the world, but frustrating the way it played out. Again, no complaints at all about the house - it was exactly as described and we fully enjoyed the property. ##### Anne L. There was plenty of space and it was clean and comfortable! This home is conveniently located in Watercolor. It was a short bike ride to the pools, tennis courts, and town square at Seaside. The golf cart made it easy to get to the beach. The description listed 8 bikes at the house, but upon our arrival we found only 5 working bikes. Since we needed 6 bikes I messaged the property management company. They had someone bring us another bike within an hour! The company was so quick to respond and easy to work with. We enjoyed the amenities the community offers and appreciated the tranquility and peacefulness as well as the friendliness of the families there. The host was on top of everything and was super quick to respond to our messages before and during the reservation. We were also able to provide feedback to them on few minor issues and were glad to hear they were working on improving them for future stays.
