Just beyond the dining room, the gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with high-end appliances and bar seating for three. Also on the first floor is a convenient half bathroom, plus a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, access to a private porch, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. Step outside through the living room to the expansive backyard, where you'll find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a fire pit, two outdoor dining tables, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and ample cabinet/counter space. This spaces makes outdoor living and entertainment a breeze! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach! Upstairs on the second floor is a laundry room, along with 4 spacious bedrooms. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees. \-Smoking is strictly prohibited. \-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \-​​​​​​Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30. \-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West.
