Throughout the open concept living space that elegantly flows into the gourmet kitchen, you will find luxury furnishings and no detail missed. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four guests, and ample counter space for creating spectacular meals. Off of the kitchen is a newly extended dining room with with plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the table during meal time. The first of two master suites can also be found on the first floor, with a king size bed, a full bath and windows galore. There is also a private bedroom on the first floor, off the kitchen, with a queen size bed, ample storage and a flat screen T.V . The full bath located on the first floor also has a walk-in shower. The laundry station with full size washer and dryer, can also be found on the first floor. The second floor spotlights the spacious second master bedroom with a king size bed plus ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity sinks. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony for beautiful views of the WaterColor community and a sitting room with a flat screen T.V where you can truly relax after a long day at the beach. The children in your group will never want to leave the kids chamber of the home! The entire house needs to be scrubbed and painted. There are random splatters around in various places in the house. Some on the ceiling in kitchen. Loads of wall scuffs from furniture. The worst in the large 4 twin bedded rooms.Maybe we are at the end of the season and they will be doing now that we are leaving. CLeaning service is not cleaning theFloors. We did enjoy the many conversation living areas. Being all adults, the options for sleeping without having to be in bunk beds was nice. ##### John D. We had the best time staying at this place, we had teenagers and adults and it worked perfectly to accommodate everyone. Loved the location and the golf cart! My only (very small) wish is that it had a garbage disposal. We had such a great time we booked again for our next vacation to watercolor. ##### victoria f. This is our 5th year to stay in Watercolor. We are always excited to see the interior of the homes we have rented for the week, this time it was different. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors, one of our guests socks were dirty on the bottom on the second day of arrival. The ice maker did not work properly, we were buying bags of ice. We grilled our 2nd evening there and the grill would not heat up past 250\*, it took a very long time to gill the burgers/etc. We also did not have grilling tools. The sinks in the primary bathroom did not drain properly which isn't the best sight to see when washing your face, brushing your teeth. The shower in the primary bathroom did not drain very well either. The shower that one of our adult kids used in the bathroom near the kitchen had little water pressure. The furniture in the living area by the kitchen was dingy. The washing machine needs to be wiped out and try to remove the mold from the rubber seal. The bed bench in the bedroom by the wine cooler refrigerator had really bad stains on it, my daughter did not want to set her belongings on it. All this to say, I did share this list w/the rental home company. I did speak w/the maintenance man a couple of times and the owner & did receive a reimbursement for the cleaning fee of 746\. There a few issues that need to be addressed: the lids of the outside garbage cans don’t fit so critters can get into the garbage, the fake drawer below the kitchen sink fell off and hit my daughter’s leg, the floors were not very clean, the house needs some paint and cleaning. ##### Nancy T. I think we have had 13 trips to this neck of the woods. Let me say, that this rental property has been my absolute favorite. It was incredible, the house was beautiful, the beds comfortable, the front porches heavenly! The amenities including the bicycles and golf cart made our weeklong visit even more fun. We zipped around WaterColors and neighboring Seaside. WOW! Did I forget to tell you we brought along our pup, he chilled on the porch . We walked and walked on all the cool trails and he even got a trip to the dog beach in Panama City. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you get the chance. We will be back soon! ##### Sand Dollar O.
