This location is absolutely perfect. It is only about a 4 minute walk and you are on the beach. It's tucked just far enough away to be away from the noise of 30A but still an easy walk to to the beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet then here it is. KIsmet is the property management company and they were incredibly helpful. Very easy check in/check out process. We noticed on the calendar that no one was checking in for a few days after we checked out and we called to see if we could get a later checkout since we have young adults who like to sleep in and they gave us some extra time that day. Wonderful house in a great location. Screened in porch was terrific. Had everything we needed for a great week. My only recommendation, and I called the property manager and left this message, but there is a large bush that is spilling over in to the driveway and makes it hard to get in and out of the car with 2 cars in the driveway. Also, you couldn’t get the bikes around it so we had to park them in the front of the house. It just needs to be trimmed. Also thought it was odd that there were plenty of towels and washcloths and only one dishtowels and one sponge for the kitchen. We just bought some but didn’t know if that was a housekeeping error.
