The area is convenient to the beach, all that 30A has to offer and quick trip out to HWY 98\. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! Short walk to the beach, all the necesaary beach accessories were included and Karen was very reaponsive to all the inquiries we had! Fenced in backyard was nice to have but it wasn't as grassy as in some of the pics so just keep that in mind- it is Florida after all!
