Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. \-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate. \-\*\*Quiet Hours Reminder\*\* We kindly ask that all guests be mindful of the quiet hours between \*\*10 PM and 7 AM\*\* out of respect for our neighbors.
