Serendipity has stunning Australian Cyprus hardwood floors flowing throughout the living areas and bedrooms, and plenty of outdoor space. With cathedral ceilings, a fireplace in the living room, and a wooded backyard area, Serendipity is the perfect 30A vacation rental for those looking for their own little slice of heaven. Guests will be greeted by a large living room with a high, beamed ceiling that creates an airy atmosphere. The living room has seating for seven and features a large flat screen TV. Tucked off the corner of the living area is a small office area for those looking to get a little work done during their visit. Connecting the living room to the kitchen is a wet bar, complete with a wine cooler and a copper sink. There is also a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Viking stove top and microwave, and a warming drawer. Granite countertops, a SubZero fridge/freezer, an ice maker, and a Bosch dishwasher, round out the top of the line amenities in this spacious kitchen. The laundry room located just off the kitchen has stacked Maytag appliances. A large screened in private porch with dining space for six, additional seating space for five, and splendid views of a small pond, make for a private oasis in the backyard. There is also a small private patio area located just off the porch. The master suite is also conveniently located on the first floor. The master has a king bed, his and her closets, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful master bath. The master bath has a steam shower with a ceiling mount shower head, dual vanities, and a separate claw-foot tub. On the second floor, you will find a lofty den with a set of twin bunks, a large flat screen TV, and a sofa. The twin guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and walk-in closet and adjoins to the den by a full bath. There is also a queen suite on the second floor complete with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. As an added bonus there is surround sound systems throughout the house. Serendipity is just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and Publix, Serendipity is slightly secluded, yet practical. Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a bathroom for convenience. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. \- Golf cart rentals are not recommended at this property due to lack of exterior charging capabilities. \- 8 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club. \- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. \- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Communication was clear immediately upon booking. This was the easiest rental I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been using Vrbo for well over a decade. The house is beautiful. Even with neighbors next door, we never noticed them because the home is incredibly quiet on the inside. Everything is within biking distance. We used them to ride to the Beach Club, pools, and Seaside. Rooms were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we had a great time. We traveled with our daughter, her husband and 4 grandchildren. My daughter’s family was very comfortable with the upstairs with on-suite bath in one bedroom, bunk beds on the second floor landing and bedroom for her infants which shared a Jack and Jill bath with the landing. Downstairs feature a large master suite, large dining room, living room, and kitchen. Outdoor space featured a front porch with porch swing and screened in back porch. Short walk to pool, and about one mile to Santa Rosa Beach. Great multi-generational vacation spot! ##### Daniel N. Tons of space for everyone! Easy walk/bike ride to the Camp pool and close drive to Publix. A couple of the bike chains came off but we put them back on. However a transportation in general is a big issue. I wish the property manager would have provided more information on how to get around the premises. Sad that golf carts were all sold out. We used Goober to and from the home on the daily (which was great). They indicated they would take me and my family to the airport but then the night before said they couldn’t bc of some licensing issue. I was lucky I found a cab after trying many taxi companies. Still gave 5 stars overall. ##### George E. Serendipity is a perfect location with nice amenities. Some attention does need to be paid to some details to make this the perfect property. The bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and many of the ceiling fans did not work properly, nor did the wine fridge adjacent the dining room. The layout of the house was great and we enjoyed the bikes and amenity passes. This house would easily upgrade to a 5 star review with a little more TLC and new mattresses throughout the house. ##### Dr. Troy J. Great location and very close to Camp Watercolor. Nice porches to spend time out on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a great size. Our only complaint was the condition of the cookware. Almost none of the pots and pans were usable due to rust or chipping which was very unfortunate in a house of this price range. It made cooking at the house impossible. Great layout (master downstairs and kids upstairs). Great location (close to Publix, 2 min bike ride to pools, 8 min bike ride to beach). Slept great. Super kitchen with a small island. Only critique is that there were too many light switches in the house . . . and I had to dig deep to come up with that critique. We brought 6 teenagers with us so having all the kids bedrooms & the den area upstairs was great for them to have an area to themselves. And my husband & I enjoyed the quiet of the downstairs master suite. The claw foot tub in the master bath is heavenly! We enjoyed the location & the beautiful neighborhood.
