    Inside, the open-concept living area welcomes you with high ceilings, coastal-chic décor, and abundant natural light. The chef’s kitchen is a dream, fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals and entertaining.

    The two master suites offer a spa-like experience, each featuring a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the outdoor space. The bunk room is a hit with kids, providing a fun and cozy space to relax.

    Step outside to your private oasis – take a dip in the heated pool or enjoy a family barbecue on the covered patio. Golf cart is included, so you can easily explore 30A’s best beaches, shops, and restaurants.

    Note: There are outdoor security cameras covering the driveway/entry area and also for the pool heater on the outside of the home.

    Beach access is located at Gulf View Heights (0.4 miles)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group comes to the Santa Rosa Beach area the end of April every year and book through VRBO. Blue Heaven was hands down the best rental ever! Kim Bellville made it even more special as she was immediately responsive to every question I had! The house itself was perfect with every amenity you could imagine and then some (like luxury hotels do). Can't say enough about Kim and Blue Heaven!!

Points forts : Propreté, communication et emplacement.
House was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the private pool and outdoor grilling station. Listing inaccurately called out a hot tub that wasn't there upon arrival (listing since been updated after our stay). Check-in communication could have been improved, specifically on how to find and unlock golf cart keys. Overall a nice house but need some kinks worked out on management side of the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay in this home. It is spacious and beautiful, and easily accommodated our group of 8. The bunk room was great for teenagers and they really enjoyed spending time out by the pool. It's also an easy walk to the beach.
