The listing did not mention significant reconstruction of the home next door, inside and out. Nor did it mention the view we would have of a large trash dumpster and porta-potty from the back screened porch. Construction crews were out front and back all day—zero privacy on porches. Lovely sound of a skid steer on and off. I was never notified of this construction project during the months leading up to our rental. Exclusive 30A doesn't know much about what is happening around their listings, or they do, and they don't care. I complained multiple times, to no avail ... just the standard legal mumbo jumbo ... "we are not responsible garbage." I even offered to pay more to move to another property. I feel sorry for the homeowners. Oh ... it's not two king ensuites. It's one king ensuite and one king bedroom with a separate bathroom across the main hallway. ##### Todd B.
