As you arrive, you'll be welcomed by a spacious front porch and elegant French doors. Inside, the family room features trendy shiplap walls and rich 5" Shaw wood floors. The kitchen is perfect for cooking enthusiasts, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and beautiful White Ice countertops paired with a stylish baroque backsplash. Plus, it has handy features like lazy susans, a trash pull-out, and a large pantry. Step through the patio door to the expansive screened-in back porch. It leads to a backyard with a nature trail that takes you to the pool and hot tub. Also available is an outdoor shower, which makes it easy to rinse off after a day of fun. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, with a big walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower with both handheld and rainhead options.
