Great place and responsive host. Literally right across the street from the beach, close to Alys/Rosemary. Just make sure you bring your own beach towels and body wash! Only shampoo/conditioner in the house. Would stay here again.

Quiet, clean, and close access to beaches

I loved this area. The beach is just across 30A and was not crowded like other areas. The place was clean, nicely decorated and perfect for me. The bed is extremely comfortable.

Really enjoy this location! Perfect size for 2, easy walk to the beach, loved that it wasn’t right on the main strip but close enough you can walk, or ride a bike! It was so nice to have a full size kitchen. We’d definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for us. The kitchen does need some items replenished like pot holders for the oven. Grill tongs for grilling out. The back door needs to be replaced or have some weather stripping. We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. Unfortunately we had to cut our week stay short due to a power outage caused by a vehicle running into a power pole in the block where we were staying. Too hot in June to stay without power. No fault of the owner just some bad luck for us. Nice place to stay.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at this property! The place was extremely clean and the owners were very quick to respond. It was SO close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. We would absolutely stay here again.
