Lightbulbs needed to be replaced, only one dish towel and 3 wine glasses were provided. It was filthy upon arrival, dirty towels, floors, bathrooms so had to have it recleaned. The location in watercolor, seconds from Camp Watercolor, and a quick bike ride to nearly everything you need made this the perfect setting for all that we could ever want. We recommend the management company to provide some closer oversight of the house in order to address a handful of details that need attention. However, the 1st floor ac did not work for the majority of the week. We were always able to get in contact with the property manager about the issue. Each day fact would send someone to repair it. The home feels much larger than than the online pictures indicate. It is in a great location. Very close to the new pool, and a short bike ride to the beach or Seaside. We had a wonderful time at the rental in Watercolor! It was perfect for our 3 families, (ten people). The front porch and swinging daybed were the best part for sure!! The house was not only beautiful and functional, but placed in a perfect location for walking and biking all around. We loved the bedswing on the front porch & the two porches with fireplaces on chilly mornings & evenings. The kitchen was stocked well & the bikes that came with the house were constantly in use.
