Beautiful house. However read the description carefully. There is a noise sensor in and outside the home. Because we were under 25 (most 23 and 22) we had to pay a 500 fee increase we were “too loud”. I got a message from the host saying we had several noise alerts (not from neighbors)! We weren’t any louder than a child play screaming or simply having fun. So if you’re planning on bringing a lot of kids I wouldn’t or have your bachelorette party there.
