Of course it also features a beautiful pool with ample leisure space and is only a 3 minute walk from the house. As for location, we are .4 miles or a 9 minute walk from the nearest beach access! Perhaps our favorite feature is the brand new Greenway Station. With stores like Southern Tide, an art gallery, and of course staple restaurants like turbo coffee, Salty Butcher, and Local Cantina, some of our favorite places in the area are walkable and in our backyard. For fresh seafood, outdoor dining, and entertainment, there are ample excellent choices within a 5 minute drive. Other Things to Note: ✦NO SMOKING✦ This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking on the premises. ✦ GUEST VERIFICATION✦ Local regulations require us to verify your identity prior to check in.
