* We have a discounted property fee/cleaning fee. WE DO NOT make the beds. The beds will be clean and unmade. We will supply the bedding in sealed plastic upon your arrival. This saves water and money by not laundering linens you do not use. We pass this savings along to you. Should you wish to have the beds made upon your arrival, let us know. Additional $175 can be added,

Summer Breeze on 30A is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. You can comfortably sleep 18 people. Leave the cars in the driveway and walk to the nearby ice cream shop, bicycle rentals or have a paddle board delivered to you beach side. The many nearby restaurants feature nightly entertainment and great food, Goatfeathers, Local Catch and Shunk Gully to name a few.
Nearby, Gulf Place Town Center features clothing, beach and paddle board shops, weekly concerts, coffee shop, arcade and liquor stores as well. Get your essential at the nearby Walmart or Publix grocery stores.

There are bedrooms on all floors.

-Early Checkin not available during the summer months. $150 in the offseason and only when available.
-Late Check out not available during the summer months. $20/hour late check out in off season and only when available.

DEPOSITS ARE HELD FOR 14 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE. This allows us enough time to find possible hidden damage / get repairs the housekeepers could miss like broken TV's or missing towels etc. We understand most damage is unintentional and/or sometimes unknown by the main booking party if unreported. Therefore, we will always address issues directly with the booking party before making any claims against your deposit.
