Located on the south side of 30A, nestled on the bank of a coastal dune lake, surrounded by natural beauty & pines, this home feels like your own private luxurious retreat - yet so close to the beach and minutes to everything Scenic 30A has to offer! Ideally centered between the charming towns of Seaside/Watercolor and Rosemary/Alys Beaches you can enjoy world class dining, shopping and entertainment, then escape the crowds back to the serenity of Tresca Pines. Walton Dunes Beach Access is an easy 7-minute walk where you’ll find plenty of public beaches to enjoy! Also, just steps from Eastern Lake boat ramp for launching kayaks & paddleboards, and a quick bike ride to Deer Lake State Park and Pt Washington State Park Trailhead access. As you enter this luxurious home and climb the stairs to the main living area, you’re greeted with soaring wood ceilings, spacious living & dining areas, a chef’s kitchen featuring a huge waterfall marble island, and an additional intimate seating area - perfect for entertaining family and friends! Out on the enormous wraparound balcony there are plenty of dining and lounging areas to relax and enjoy. We had a great family vacation and enjoyed everything about this house!! The pool and outside porches made being outside so enjoyable. The house is so well stocked. They had plenty of beach chairs, kids books and games, coolers on the porches to use and a very attentive house manager!! The decor inside is beautiful and very comfortable. The things I was worried about were never a worry with this home! It's perfectly walkable to the beach, they already had tons of bikes to use, they had sand toys and a cart to use. The location was awesome, nice and private. The pool was a good size for several kids to enjoy at once. Plenty of beds for everyone, although with so many kids we wished there were more twin-sized beds. Our only complaint was that with a house this size and price, we were surprised to find not a single spare roll of toilet paper, not a single tissue in any of the tissue boxes on bathroom counters, no spare paper towels, and not a single laundry detergent pod or sample of any kind. With 15 guests we were out of toilet paper and paper towels in a day. I've stayed in half a dozen VRBOs and this is the first I have ever been in that didn't have lots of extras stashed in the cabinets. ##### Annika S.
